WHERE DOES MARY LOUISE SHIP?

Mary Louise ships internationally 🙂 However, we do not regulate or control parcel fees for various countries if they may apply.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 48- 72 hours  (and orders placed after 5 pm PST are processed the next business day). Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to update and up to 10 days for delivery time, depending on where you are located. Orders placed Thursday’s after 5pm will ship out Monday morning. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Then your goodies are on the way!

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at support@mymarylouise.com. We can assist you with tracking your items.

HOW LONG TO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

You have 72 hours after your purchase is made  to cancel your order. If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel your order, you can opt to return your unopened box back to sender to receive a full refund. Please allow up to 12 days for the amount to show in your statements.
