Terms and Conditions

Mary Louise Cosmetics values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return the product you have purchased from Donkey Fuel Formulations, you can refund the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Return

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that it is unused and in like- new condition. To return a product, call Customer Service Center at (424) 253-6616. Be sure to have your customer number / receipt number available. We will issue you a return authorization number which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. All return products must returned in the original packaging, including all items originally package with the product documentation. Products must be well packaged in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipts with the returned product.

If you purchase a product for one of our distributors, follow the instruction from that distributor.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT

Shipping

Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our distribution center 15 E. 1st St. Dayton, OH 45402. We will pay for shipping only if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of a tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records as well as to track the shipment. Products returned more than 30 days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of $15 may be charged to your product returns with damage or improper packing or which does not include all of the purchased components. Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product.

Damaged items and shortages

Please report any damage or missing items from your shipment within 7 days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Department at (424) 253-6616. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Or you can email us info@mymarylouise.com.

Cancellations

Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Mary Louise Cosmetics within 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding the product you have decided to order in decide to cancel or change the order afters already been shipped you must still accept delivery of the product and return it to us at the soonest possibility.
